Return & Refund

Please note you may return most cutecorner.shop items (unused) in their original packaging. The cost of return shipping is not included. However, we will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Returns Without Label

To return your product, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund(if applicable while we offer return label).

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You may use your own shipping method. We highly recommend using a shipper who provides a tracking number so you can track your shipment.
